To preserve the environment of Colle del Nivolet, during summer 2026 driving up the final stretch of SP50 is subject to restrictions. Access is allowed to a maximum of 350 vehicles per day, including motorcycles, only with online reservation and purchase of the NivoletCard (10 euros). The regulation is active from July 4 to September 13: on weekends in July and September, and every day from July 26 to August 30. Those who prefer not to use the car can book the free shuttle service, which ensures a direct arrival at altitude without worries.
