CourmAttivi – Recreational Activities for Seniors

CourmAttivi is the project born in Courmayeur to offer the elderly a welcoming and stimulating weekly meeting point. Every Thursday afternoon, the Centro Ricreativo Don Cirillo becomes the heart of activities designed to promote sociability, well-being, and the sharing of experiences among participants. The program combines moments of play (board game tournaments), creative handicrafts (sewing, painting, DIY), short outdoor walks, and informative meetings on topics of interest. These are simple and inclusive activities, suitable for all levels, that transform the center into a small, active, and close-knit community. The initiative, promoted by the Municipality, is free and represents a concrete response to the desire of many elderly people to feel part of a group, leave the house, and dedicate a few hours to their serenity in company.
